When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 3.a – Priority Claims (Including Administrative Expenses) Lists all priority claims, including the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, attorney fee balance, domestic support obligations, and any other priority creditors. If there are no priority claims beyond the trustee and attorney fees, only those will appear.
§ 3.b – Domestic Support Obligations Assigned to a Governmental Unit If there are any domestic support obligation claims that have been assigned to or are owed to a governmental unit and will be paid less than the full amount, those claims will be listed here. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.a – Curing Default and Maintaining Payments on Principal Residence If there are any mortgage claims attached to the debtor's primary residence where the intent is not to surrender and there is an arrearage due, this section will list those claims. The arrearage will be paid through the plan and the regular monthly mortgage payment will be made directly by the debtor outside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.b – Curing and Maintaining Payments on Non-Principal Residence and Other Loans If there are any mortgage claims not attached to the debtor's primary residence where the intent is not to surrender and there is an arrearage due, this section will list those claims. The arrearage will be paid through the plan and the regular monthly payment will be made directly by the debtor outside the plan. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.c – Secured Claims Excluded from § 506 (910 Vehicle) If there are any secured claims where the 910 vehicle treatment is selected, this section will list those claims. These are claims incurred within 910 days of the petition date secured by a motor vehicle purchased for the debtor's personal use, or within 1 year for any other purchase money security interest. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.d – Requests for Valuation of Security (Cramdown) If there are any secured claims where the secured balance is less than the total amount owed and the treatment is to pay inside the plan, this section will list those claims along with the collateral value and interest rate. The portion of the claim above the collateral value will be treated as an unsecured claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.e – Surrender of Collateral If there are any claims where the intent is to surrender the collateral, this section will list those creditors and the collateral being surrendered. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.f – Secured Claims Unaffected by the Plan If there are any secured claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan, this section will list those creditors and their collateral. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.g – Secured Claims to be Paid in Full Through the Plan If there are any secured claims being paid in full through the plan that do not fall into another category above, this section will list those claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5 – Unsecured Claims Indicates whether there are any non-priority unsecured claims in the case. If there are no unsecured claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.b – Separately Classified Unsecured Claims If there are any unsecured claims with special treatment, this section will list those claims along with the basis for their separate classification and how they will be treated. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases If there are any leases where the intent is to assume, this section will list those leases. Lease arrears are included within the lease entry and are not listed as separate claims. All other executory contracts and unexpired leases not listed here are rejected. If there are no lease claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.b – Motion to Avoid Liens and Reclassify Claims as Unsecured If there are any claims where the intent is to avoid the lien and reclassify the claim as fully unsecured, this section will list those creditors and the associated lien details. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
