We've updated our Bankruptcy pricing plans to make it easier to choose the right fit for your firm. Plans are now priced per user, with the option to pay monthly or annually. Here's a full breakdown of what's new.
The new plans
We now offer three plans: Pro Basic, Pro Plus, and Whoa.

All plans are 12-month annual contracts, whether you choose to be billed monthly or annually.
Is there a per-case or pay-as-you-go option?
No. NextChapter doesn't offer per-case pricing, so you need a subscription to access the app. Every plan includes unlimited Chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases, and all plans are 12-month contracts, even if you're billed monthly.
A Chapter 13 Plan (the court plan document) is an optional add-on. You can file Chapter 13 cases without it. See Chapter 13 Plan Pricing.
