When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 2.2 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount
If there are any claims being added for § 7.3.b, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 2.3 – Lien Avoidance
If there are any claims being added for § 7.3.c, this section will be marked as Included.
If there are no such claims, this section will be marked as Not Included.
§ 5 – Disposable Income
If there is a presumption of abuse in the Means Test, this section will reflect that the debtor is above the means and include the disposable income amount from Form 122C-2.
If there is no presumption of abuse, this section will reflect that the debtor is below the means and show $0.00.
§ 7.2.b – Domestic Support Obligation Arrears List any Domestic Support Obligation claims. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.3.a.1 – Maintenance of Payments on Principal Residence List any secured mortgage claims attached to the debtor's residential property where the intent is not to surrender or avoid and the treatment is to pay outside the plan. Do not list secured real estate arrears. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.3.a.2 – Cure of Default on Principal Residence List any secured arrearage claims. If the treatment is to pay inside the plan, the Trustee box will be checked. If the treatment is to pay outside the plan, the Debtor box will be checked. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.3.b – Request for Valuation of Security (Cramdown) If there are any secured claims where the box is selected for "Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down)", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.3.c – Lien Avoidance If there are any secured claims where the intent is to Avoid, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.3.d – Secured Claims Excluded from § 506 (910 Vehicle) If there are any secured claims where the box is selected for "Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle)", list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.3.e.1 – Other Secured Claims Paid in Full Through the Plan List any secured claims where neither the 506 nor 910 box is selected, the intent is not to surrender or avoid, and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. This section also includes any mortgage claims where the treatment is to pay the mortgage in full through the plan.
§ 7.3.e.2 – Installment Payments Made Directly by Debtor List any secured claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan, excluding any claims already listed in § 7.3.a.1.
§ 7.4 – Priority Claims List any priority claims that are not Domestic Support Obligation claims.
§ 7.5 – Surrender of Collateral If there are any claims where the intent is to surrender, list the claim. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 8 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List any lease claims where the intent is to assume. Do not list lease arrears as separate claims. All other executory contracts are rejected.
