Question from SOFA line 24: Has the debtor notified any governmental unit of any release of hazardous material?
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Miscellaneous > Environmental Hazard > Yes
When you click on the Environmental Hazard tab, a question will ask "Has debtor received or provided environmental notices or violations from a government agency?" By selecting Yes, additional questions will appear. You can then state whether the debtor received or provided the notice. By selecting Provided, the information will reflect on SOFA line 24.
*Note: Only the top set of questions that relate to the government unit will reflect on SOFA line 24. The bottom set will be on SOFA line 22.
