You will want to create a new case with the debtor(s) name. After you create the case, you will see an option to hire a Virtual Paralegal in the Case Dashboard.
Answer the case-specific questions so the Virtual Paralegal assigned knows what to start working on. Utilize the notes sections to add any important information you will want the paralegal to know prior to accepting the case. Once you click on "Purchase" the case will be submitted to the network, and as soon as a paralegal accepts the case, they will reach out within 24 hours to schedule an introductory call.
