How to download in non-bankruptcy cases

You can download any documents in any case directly through NextChapter.

First, visit Client Document Storage. Here, you can add any document that is associated with your case. You have the ability to store any document type as well (PDF, DOCX, etc.).

***Note: only PDFs will be available at the Download & Print section

When you are ready to download, visit Download & Print. You will see all available forms in the left-hand column.

Simply drag and drop any form you'd like to download from the left-hand column to the middle column. Then proceed to download by clicking Download at the bottom.

As a reminder, anything in the middle column will download to one packet. So if multiple forms are in the middle column, these will all download to one file. If you'd like to download your forms separately and in separate files, click +Add Additional PDF Packets in the right-hand column. Then drag and drop the document to its spot in the right-hand column.

When your download is complete, you will see a popup containing the PDF packet. Click on the orange bar that says PDF Packet 1 to open your documents.
