First, go to My Account Settings by clicking on your firm name in the top right-hand corner. Then go to Firm Defaults > Monthly Goals.
Next, select the Practice Area dropdown to select which practice area you want to create a monthly goal for. ***Set goals to 0 to disable Monthly Goals on the dashboard.
Once you click "Save Goals", you will get a pop-up to confirm that you are creating goals for the correct practice area.
Once you click "Confirm", your goals will automatically save. Then you can simply repeat the steps above to create goals for your other practice areas.
You can view your Monthly Goals on your homepage by clicking Home and then going to the Monthly Progress section. From there, you can select the practice area and month from the dropdown boxes.
To quickly edit your goals, click on the Settings icon to the right of the dropdown boxes.
Once in your Settings, you can select a "Default" practice are option. The option selected here will be the default practice area that you see on your Homepage.
***If you are are a Pro Basic 12+, Pro Plus, or Whoa Plan subscriber, you have access to the Interactive tool offered by the tracker. To use this feature, go to your Homepage and click on any of the titles listed in the Monthly Tracker - New Leads, New Clients, New Filings.
Once you click on the title, you will be taken to a list of only those cases for the month. Example: If you click on New Leads for March 2025, you will see an auto-filtered list of only those new leads for March.
