Once you create the case, you can go to Case Dashboard > Client Profile and enter the client's email address. Underneath where the email address is entered, you can check the box "Send the portal in Spanish". Once you click "Invite Debtor", the client will receive the portal in their inbox in Spanish.

You can customize the welcome message to say whatever you need the message to say in Spanish by going to My Account Settings > MyChapter Client Portal:
The client will be able to go through the tabs and enter information in the portal.
Once the client sends back their information, it will be sent back in Spanish, so you will need to have someone in the office who can translate the information and enter it into NextChapter.
