In your case, you can access your Custom Documents by clicking Additional Documents > Custom Documents.

In this page, you will be able to select an existing template or create a new template. If you've selected an existing template, you will just need to click the ( + ) button.

After clicking the add button, the template will generate and then the Document Creator will pop up.

You can make any edits on this page and then click Save or Export. The Save button will allow you to save any changes you have made so far. Export will prompt the next step.

After Exporting your document, the app will give you an opportunity to Download the document to your computer or Save To Client Document Storage in your case.

When you have completed your work in the Document Creator, you can click on the X in the top right-hand corner to return to your case.

Your template will be available for further edits in the Custom Documents tab.

Any documents uploaded to Client Document Storage will appear in your Available Forms and Documents whenever you are Downloading a packet or FIling your case.
