With the release of our new feature Document Creator we have added some merge tags to make creating documents easier. The tags will pull specific information from each case and automatically populate that information into each document being created. Below you can find a list as well as a brief description explaining the use of each tag. This list only includes standard tags created by NextChapter but you can also create you own custom tags to merge into docs too.
*Note: All tags that correspond to a Date will have two tags. One will be for just the calendar date and the other will include the time.
341 Hearing - This tag will pull the date last is listed in the 341 field of the case.

Attorney FeesOwed - This tag is used to pull the total amount of fees that are still owed to the attorney.

Attorney Fees Paid -This tag is used to pull the total amount of fees that have been paid to the attorney.

Attorney Fees Total - This tag is used to pull the total amount of attorney's fees that will be collected for the case.

Attorney Name - This tag is used to pull the full name of the attorney assigned to the case. amount of attorney's fees that will be collected for the case.

Attorney Signature Block - This tag pulls all of the attorney's information that is assigned to the case.

Case Number - This tag generates the case number assigned to the case.

Chapter - This tag pulls the Chapter of the case.

Confirmation - This tag will generate the confirmation hearing date for a Chapter 13 if saved to the case.

Creditor List - This will generate a list of all creditors and their addresses directly form the Creditor Matrix.
Current Date - This tag will automatically apply the current date that the document is being created.
Custom Field - This will allow you to type any of your created custom fields into the search bar to use as a tag.

Debtor Address - This tag pulls the residential address listed in the debtors profile. Client Profile > Debtor Addresses > Type (Residential)

Debtor Street 1 - This tag will only pull the debtor's residential street address.

Debtor Street 2 - This tag will pull the debtor's residential address listed in the address 2 field.

Debtor Prior Names - This pulls all names listed in the "Prior Name" section for debtor one. Debtor Profile > Prior/Alternate Names, including Business names with AKA in front. Example: AKA James Smith, AKA James L. Smith, AKA Smith Company LLC
Debtor Signature - This tag generates the debtor’s electronic signature.
Format: /s/ First Middle Last
Debtor SSN - This tag will pull the last 4 numbers of the SSN or TIN that is listed in the debtor profile. Client Profile > Debtor Profile > SSN (Last 4) or Tin (last 4)
Disposable Income MT - This tag will show the amount listed from Form 122C-2, line 45.
District - This tag will pull the filing district of the case.

Document Checklist - This will generate a bulleted list of all items that have not been checked off in the case.

Expenses- This tag will pull the amount listed directly form Schedule J, line 22.
Filing Date - This tag will generate the filing date of the case.

Joint Debtor Full Name - This tag will pull both the debtor and joint debtor's first name. If there is no joint debter, only the debtor's name will be listed
