Every Virtual Paralegal in the NextChapter network must meet a set of professional and technical standards to ensure consistent, high-quality support for our users.
To join the network, paralegals must:

✅ Provide a letter of recommendation from an attorney they have previously or currently worked with.
✅ Submit a resume and cover letter demonstrating strong paralegal skills and relevant legal experience.
✅ Complete a phone interview and live video call training sessions.
✅ Verify they have a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet access, as well as a quiet, professional workspace.
✅ Show proficiency using cloud-based practice management systems, such as Clio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
