New All Inclusive Pricing
After extensive surveys and conversations with our users, we've decided to update our pricing model to make all of our features more accessible to all size firms. Instead of only offering NextMessage and MyChapter on annual subscriptions, we are now offering these two products on a per-case basis too!

Two New Pricing Options
In addition to our Start and Pro plans, we are adding the following new subscription options:
Start+
Start+ offers the same benefits provided with our standard Start plan but it includes NextMessage Client Texting and MyChapter Debtor Portal on a per-case basis for a total of $99 per case. Once you pay the one-time fee of $99 for a case, you can start using NextMessage to text the debtors, invite the debtors to complete their online intake through MyChapter, download the forms as many times as needed and file the case directly to the court's site through NextChapter.
Pro+
Pro+ is an annual subscription which provides the same great benefits provided in our standard Pro plan but it includes NextMessage Client Texting and MyChapter Debtor Portal on all cases for $1,599 per year.

How these Changes will Affect Current Users
If you are a current Start plan user without NextMessage or MyChapter: You can keep your current plan and continue to pay $79 per or you can upgrade to Start+ or Pro+ from your settings to add NextMessage and MyChapter to your account.
If you are a current Start plan user with NextMessage and/or MyChapter add-ons: You can keep your current plan and continue to pay $79 per case until your add-ons expire. When your add-ons expire you can opt into either Start+ or Pro+. If you would like to opt into Start+ or Pro+ before your add-ons expire, please contact us at support@nextchatperbk.com and we'll adjust your account.
If you are a current Grow plan user: The monthly Grow plan will be available for users currently on this plan for as long as they would like to keep that current plan. This plan will be phased out over time and no longer offered to new users.
If you are a current Pro plan user without NextMessage or MyChapter: You can keep your current plan or you can upgrade to Pro+ to add NextMessage and MyChapter to your account. To upgrade to Pro+ please contact us at support@nextchatperbk.com and we will charge your firm a pro-rated fee and we'll adjust your account to renew at $1,599.
If you are a current Pro plan user with NextMessage and/or MyChapter: You can keep your current plan and add-ons until the add-ons expire. Once the add-ons expire, you can opt into either Pro or Pro+. If you would like to upgrade to Pro+ prior to your renewal, please contact us at support@nextchatperbk.com and we will update your account accordingly.
