Question from SOFA line 20: Within 1 year before you filed for bankruptcy, were any financial accounts or instruments held in your name, or for your benefit, closed, sold, moved or transferred?
Where: Personal Property > Money and Accounts > Add or Edit Accounts
Accounts that need to be listed on SOFA can be added in the Money and Accounts section. When the checkbox Closed, Sold, Moved, or Transferred is checked, then additional questions will populate that are needed to complete Line 20.
The date entered in Date Closed, Sold, Moved or Transferred must be within a year of the filing date in order to populate on SOFA line 20.
