If you are getting an 'ECF Access Denied' message when filing, you will need to access the ECF site for your district by using an account that is not read-only. When you look up at the top left-hand corner of your screen, you should see the word 'Bankruptcy' next to the ECF icon in your menu bar:

If you don’t see 'Bankruptcy' in your menu bar next to your ECF icon, you will need to contact your court directly to re-gain ECF access and file your case:

ECF icons may look different depending on your district, but the layout of the menu bar should be similar to the above graphics.
