When you have started a case in NextChapter, you may have the ability to generate an autocompleted local form. We are continuously adding new forms to be autocompleted and this article will walk you through generating them.

Where to find this in NextChapter: Additional Documents > Local Forms Library

Any local forms available for autocompletion will be listed with a Create button.

Once you click Create, a popup will appear that asks for any necessary information used to complete the local form. After you have completed the information, click Save to Client Document Storage to save a copy of the form.

You should see a note that the form was successfully created and saved.

Go to Additional Documents > Client Document Storage to view or download your form. If applicable, you may select the appropriate Event Code from the dropdown and file the form with your case.
