How to add or edit your case status in NextChapter

NextChapter offers a list of default case statuses to help you sort and filter your cases. The status can be selected from your Case Dashboard page.

The status will automatically update to Filed when the case is filed through NextChapter.

You may customize your status list in your Account Name > My Account Settings > Firm Created Statuses
