How to add new users so that they can have access to the firm's cases and enter new cases

NextChapter allows each firm to add an unlimited amount of paralegals, legal assistants and attorneys in each firm to prepare and edit cases. Each user will have their own separate login and users can be logged in at the same time working on cases. 

Adding users only takes 3 simple steps:

  1. From your settings page in NextChapter, go to the User Accounts and Invites section. 

  2. Enter the user's email address, select their role and then click the button Invite to join your firm.

  3. The user will then receive an email to verify their account and to sign into NextChapter. 

You can also resend or delete an invitation to join or revoke access to any user at any time.
