The exemption election for a case is available in Client Profile > Filing Information > Exemption Election.
You can select between Federal and State. If State is selected, the system will default to the state of the primary district selected, but you can override this selection by changing to any other state necessary.
If your state has unique exemption sets such as California, you will be prompted to select the set you want to use
