If the debtor will be filing an application to pay their fees in installments, this form can be completed in NextChapter from the Client Profile section under Filing Information. When you select that the fees will be paid in installments, an additional screen will open asking for the proposed amounts and dates that the fees will be paid by. 

When you click Save & Close, a copy of the application and the proposed order approving the application will generate when you preview the forms and a copy is saved in the Client Document Storage. 

If NextChapter has the court event code to file the application in your district, you can assign the event code to the document so that it is filed with the court when the case is filed. 

If you need to edit the form, simply click on the Installments in the Filing Information section of the case and the screen with your previously saved information will open and allow for any edits necessary. When you click Save & Close, a new copy will be saved in the Client Document Storage.
