Question from SOFA line 26: Have you been a party in any judicial or administrative proceeding under any environmental law?
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Miscellaneous > Environmental Hazard > Yes
When you click on the Environmental Hazard tab, a question will ask "Has debtor received or provided environmental notices or violations from a government agency?" By selecting Yes, additional questions will appear that will then reflect on SOFA line 26.
*Note: Only the bottom set of questions that relate to judicial proceedings will reflect on SOFA line 26. The top set of questions will be on SOFA line 24 or 25.
