Question from SOFA line 23: Has any governmental unit otherwise notified the debtor that the debtor may be liable or potentially liable under or in violation of an environmental law?
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Miscellaneous > Environmental Hazard > Yes
When you click on the Environmental Hazard tab, a question will ask "Has debtor received or provided environmental notices or violations from a government agency?" By selecting Yes, additional questions will appear. You can then state whether the debtor received or provided the notice. By selecting Received, the information will reflect on SOFA line 23.
*Note: Only the top set of questions that relate to the government unit will reflect on SOFA line 23. The bottom set will be on SOFA line 22.
