Pro Basic is NextChapter's entry-level plan. It includes unlimited case preparation and filing, so there are no case limits and no tiers to track.
All plans require a 12-month annual contract, whether billed monthly or annually.
The fee covers the use of NextChapter for the preparation of your forms to download or file. Once you have downloaded or filed a case, you are free to download it again as many times as needed at no additional charge.
Chapter 13 Plans are not included in this plan and are purchased separately at $250 per year, per district. See Chapter 13 Plan Pricing.
