Request to Delete Account

If your company wishes to delete a case and all its associated data, please update the case name to include the term 'DELETE'. Then, request our support team to delete the case by emailing support@nextchapterbk.com or messaging us through our in-app chat available on the bottom of the screen.

If you want to delete your entire account and all its data, please reach out to us by emailing support@nextchapterbk.com or messaging us via our in-app chat available on the lower right bottom of the screen.ht bottom of the screen.

Deleting a case or account is permanent and cannot be reversed.
