Line 1: Are your debts primarily consumer debts?

Where to enter this information in NextChapter: Client Profile > Filing Information > Nature of Debt

If your debts are NOT primarily consumer debts, select "Business" or "Other" for Nature of Debt.

If your debts are primarily consumer debts, select "Consumer" for Nature of Debt.
