Line 5a: Tax, Medicare, and Social Security deductions.

Any amounts entered for Federal Taxes, State Taxes, Other Taxes, Medicare, and Social Security will appear on line 5a.

Line 5b: Mandatory contributions for retirement plans.

Line 5c: Voluntary contributions for retirement plans.
