Where to enter this in NextChapter: Unsecured Priority Claims AND/OR Unsecured Nonpriority Claims > +New Claim > +Add Notice Address

To add a notice address, create a new claim or edit an existing one. Then at the bottom of the claim edit window, select +Add Notice Address.
