All of our Chapter 13 Plans have merge tags that pull information from your case directly into your plan. Each tag has a set of instructions, which describe the logic within the app, so that you can easily understand how this tag is populated. Below is a list of your plan specific tags with their corresponding instructions.

(Hint: These instructions are for the Arizona Plan. If you have a district specific plan, you can search the Help Center for the article related to your plan.)

  • Provisions: [AZB.Included.1] and [AZB.Included.2]

    • [AZB.Included.1] If there any claims being added for [AZB.506], insert

    • [AZB.Included.2] If there any claims being added for [AZB.Avoid], insert

  • Line C.1.b: [AZB.Mortgage.2]

    • If there is a mortgage claim being paid conduit, insert

  • Line C.3: [AZB.Lease]

    • If there are no leases check the box for None and omit the rest of the tag. If there are any leases, do not check the box for None.

    • If there are leases where the intent is to assume, list the lease in the first table.

    • If there are leases where the intent is to reject, list the lease in the second table.

  • Line C.4: [AZB.Mortgage.3]

    • If there are no claims attached real property, check the box for None and omit the rest of the tag. If there are any claims attached real property, do not check the box for None.

    • If there are claims attached to real property where the intent is to Avoid, list the claim in the first table.

    • If there are mortgage claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan, list the claim in the second table.

  • Line C.5: [AZB.Secured]

    • If there are claims being added to any of the following tag tables: [AZB.910], [AZB.506], [AZB.Avoid] insert

  • Line C.5.a: [AZB.910]

    • List all secured claims that are NOT mortgage claims where the Balance is the SAME as the balance from schedule D, the intent is NOT to surrender or avoid.

  • Line C.5.b: [AZB.506]

    • List all secured claims that are NOT mortgage claims where the Balance is LESS than the balance from Schedule D, the intent is NOT to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the plan.

  • Line C.5.c: [AZB.Avoid]

    • List any secured claim that is attached to personal property (not real property) where the intent is to Avoid.

  • Line C.6: [AZB.Priority.2]

    • If there are no priority claims check the box for None and omit the rest of the tag. If there are any priority claims, do not check the box for None.

    • If there are any Domestic Support Obligation claims, list them in the first table.

    • If there are any priority claims that are not Domestic Support Obligations claims, list them in the second table.

  • Line D: [AZB.Surrender.2]

    • List all claims where the intent is to surrender.

    ***Note: If you do not see tag/instructions for a specific line number, then the line likely requires a manual entry. You can manually enter data in the Plan Editor. Check out this article for tips on using the editor!
