When creating custom fields, you can add language that will merge into your documents. This language can be different than the Option name of your custom field.

In the example below, I have created a custom field titled, "Is your favorite color green?". If I select the Field Type as Radio Text, I will see an option appear for Save Option Name Separate from Merge Text.

I can then add Option Names, Yes or No. If I select Yes, I can add language that will appear in my documents. If I select No, I can add a different set of language that will appear in my documents.

Now that I have set up my fields with option names and custom language, I can add the field to my templates In Account Settings.

Now, when I am in my case in Case Details > Add Form Fields, I can select Yes or No for this particular case.

Since I selected No in this case, the text added for the Option No appears in the document.
