Where is the information on the Attestation Form, line 15, coming from in NextChapter?

The information on line 15 of the Attestation Form will pull from 122A-2/122C-2 unless that form was not generated in your case. If there was no presumption of abuse, and therefore no second Means Test form, we will use the data from Schedule I and/or Schedule J.

i. Taxes, Medicare and Social Security
