Your clients can now send images via NextMessage!

If your client sends a picture of a document, ID, etc. you can see those in the NextChapter app and in your email notification. In the example below, an image was sent to the attorney.

The attorney receives the notification via email and that email contains the picture:

The attorney will also see the image available for download on their Case Dashboard > NextMessage: Client Text Notifications:

Lastly, the attorney can find the file of the image in Additional Documents > Client Document Storage. The file is automatically uploaded here when a client sends an image via text:
