Once you have added your claim in Secured Claims, you will see it appear in your Chapter 13 Plan Asset Table. To add a treatment to your claim, click +Add Plan Treatment

From there, you can see your claim's details such as creditor, claim type, market value, and intent. You can also choose to pay the claim inside or outside the plan, and whether or not it is subject to cram down:
