To select your practice areas that you want to create cases for, go to My Account Settings > Firm Defaults > Firm Practice Areas. From here you can simply click on the practice areas that you want.
Can't find your practice area on here? No worries! You can select up to one different practice area by selecting "Other" at the end of the list.
When you're ready to start a new case, simply click +New Case from your Firm Dashboard.
Next, you can choose from the list of practice areas that you had previously selected in My Account Settings > Firm Defaults > Firm Practice Areas.
Once you have filled in the information for the required fields, select "Create Case" to begin working in your client's case.
