NextChapter gives you the ability to change the chapter of your case after you've already started on the case. Something you cannot change is switching the case from individual to business, vice versa.

To change the chapter of a case, go to Client Profile > Filing Information > Chapter of Bankruptcy and change the dropdown to the chapter you need:
