If you tried to pull a credit report for your client and there was a freeze on their credit, your client will need to contact the bureaus to lift the freeze.

Once your client has contacted the bureaus, chat or email us (support@nextchapterbk.com), to let us know the freeze has been lifted. Once we confirm this with Xactus, we can import the credit report on our end.
