How to see if electronic filing is available in NextChapter for your court.

NextChapter is integrated with most of the courts, making it easy to file a new case directly through the application.

If ECF is not yet available for your district in NextChapter, you can download the final packet as a PDF to be uploaded manually to the court's ECF site. You can view a current list of the status for all court's in NextChapter here:
