You can personalize your Debtor Portal settings, including a personalized message for your clients, in Account Settings.
Click Integrations > MyChapter: Cliental Portal.
In this section, you can create a welcome message for your debtor to accompany the MyCHapter questionnaire. Additionally, you can confirm your contact information, add your firm's logo, add an attachment, and customize instructions for your debtor.
You can send a questionnaire to your client in your Business Case through the Case Dashboard.
Just click Client Portal and enter your debtor's email address and click Invite Debtor.
Once the debtor has returned your questionnaire, you can view the responses by clicking View Case In MyChapter.
You can then import the answers by clicking Import into NextChapter or click Send MyChapter back to Debtor for additional information. You can include a note to your debtor asking for specific updated information.
When you send MyChapter back to your client, you’ll be able to include a message with instructions that will be emailed directly to your client along with a link to reopen their case in MyChapter.
*Note: Once the case has been imported into NextChapter, your client can no longer add or information in MyChapter.
