NextChapter allows you to enable as well as disable ECF filing capabilities for each user by going to Account > My Account Settings > Firm & User Settings > User Accounts and Invites.

When logged in as the attorney, you can go to My Account Settings listed under your account name in the top right hand corner.

Once you are in your firms account you will want to click on User Accounts and Invites listed under "Firm & User Settings".

Once you are in "User Accounts and Invites" you will see a column titled ECF Filing  that is where you can turn ECF filing on or off per user listed on your account.
