All bankruptcy courts are moving over to a Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/ Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system that will allow you to use the same account for both PACER and electronic filing access. If your court has moved to NextGen, you will need to link your accounts to be able to file cases through NextChapter.

The court has very helpful step-by-step instructions for linking your account along with other useful FAQs here.
