Any vehicles liens that you have listed in Secured Claims will show in this section. The type must be listed as "Vehicle" to populate on lines 13b and/or 13e. and you may change the monthly payment/cure amount if necessary.
If you have a vehicle lease expense that you would like listed, you can go to Personal Property > Vehicles Leased. Once you create an entry, click +Add Lease and check the Add to Means Test Line 13 checkbox.
