Line 16a: Fill in the state in which you live.
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Client Profile > Debtor Addresses > Add residential address.
*Please note: you MUST have a residential address saved
Line 16b: Fill in the number of people in your household.
Where to enter this in NextChapter: Client Profile > Debtor Profile > Select number for "How many people in the household?"
Line 16c: Fill in the median family income for your state and size of household. We will use the data from line 16a and 16b to calculate the figure for line 16c.
