When you reach Review and File &gt; Review, NextChapter checks that a credit counseling course selection has been made for the case. If the Credit Counseling Certificate card shows a red alert icon instead of a green checkmark, this selection is still missing.

The Credit Counseling Certificate card passes once a selection has been made under: Client Profile &gt; Credit Counseling Course

If no selection has been made yet, the card will show the red alert icon.

Step 1: Make a Selection in Credit Counseling Course

Go to Client Profile &gt; Credit Counseling Course.

Make the applicable selection for the Debtor (and Joint Debtor, if applicable).

The selection will save automatically once made.

Once a selection has been made, return to Review and File &gt; Review. The Credit Counseling Certificate card should now display a green checkmark instead of the red alert icon.
