You can now edit many of the figures on your Means Test forms directly from the Means Test Review page, without being redirected to another part of NextChapter.

This applies to both the Chapter 7 Means Test forms (122A-1 and 122A-2) and the Chapter 13 Means Test forms (122C-1 and 122C-2).
How it works
Next to many lines on the Means Test Review page, you'll see a pencil icon. Clicking it opens a small window that lets you update just that figure.
Go to Means Test > Means Test Review.
Find the line you want to update and click the pencil icon next to it.
The window that opens shows you where the figure is coming from — for example, "From: Means Test > Means Test Questions > Number of People in Household."
Enter your update and click Save.
Once you save, the figure updates both on the Means Test Review page and in the section of NextChapter where it's normally entered, so everything stays in sync.
Lines with an Override toggle
Some lines, like Taxes, Life Insurance, and Additional Health Care Expenses, are calculated automatically but can be manually overridden. For these lines, the Override toggle appears right in the edit window next to the field, so you can turn it on or off without leaving the page.
Lines without editing
Lines that are calculated automatically, like subtotals, totals, and the presumption of abuse determination, can't be edited at all, since they're generated from your other answers rather than entered directly.
