Line 1: For any creditors that you listed in Part 1 of Schedule D: Creditors Who Have Claims Secured by Property (Official Form 106D), fill in the information below.

Where to enter this in NextChapter: Secured Claims

To add a secured claim, go to the Secured Claims tab.

As you add/edit claims in your case, you can select the Intent from the dropdown.

The selections from these drop-downs will be used to generate the Statement of Intention that can be viewed by clicking the orange Preview button and can also be downloaded from Download & Print.

If there are a lot of secured claims, some of the claims may end up on the continuation sheet. Scroll to the end of Official Form 108 to see these:
