What you'll see
As soon as your plan expires, every user on the account will see a pop-up on login. The app will appear grayed out in the background. You can dismiss the pop-up, but filing and all other actions are blocked until the plan is renewed.
You will still be able to export a CSV of your case list (debtor names, dates, chapter, etc.) from the All Cases view, no renewal needed for this.
This CSV does not include documents or filed forms. To access documents in a specific case (Client Document Storage, Export Case Data, etc.), you'll need to renew your plan or set up a trial, opening individual cases is blocked while the plan is expired.
How to restore full access
To renew, click View Pricing Options on the pop-up, or go to Firm Settings → Pricing to purchase a new plan.
As soon as a new plan is purchased, all users regain full access immediately and all existing cases are restored.
Frequently asked questions
