When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1.1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount This section is controlled by whether you have added any claims under § 4.5.
If you have added claims under § 4.5, the plan will reflect that this provision is Included.
If you have no claims under § 4.5, the plan will reflect that this provision is Not Included.
§ 1.2 – Lien Avoidance This section is controlled by whether you have added any claims under § 4.7.
If you have added claims under § 4.7, the plan will reflect that this provision is Included.
If you have no claims under § 4.7, the plan will reflect that this provision is Not Included.
§ 4.3 – Class 1: Cure and Maintenance List all secured real estate claims where the intent is not to surrender or avoid and the treatment is to pay conduit. For each claim, enter the creditor name and property address. Indicate whether the property is the debtor's principal residence or other real property. Also enter the estimated arrearage balance (if any), interest rate, and estimated monthly payment. If there are no such claims, the section will show "None" for each property type.
§ 4.4 – Class 2: Paid in Full Through Plan List all secured claims where the secured balance is less than the balance on Schedule D and the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description, estimated claim amount, interest rate, and estimated monthly payment.
§ 4.5 – Class 3: Lien Strips / Valuation of Collateral List all secured claims where the treatment is Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down). For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description, indicate whether § 506(a) applies, maturity date, estimated claim amount, interest rate, and estimated monthly payment.
§ 4.6 – Class 4: 910 Claims List all secured claims where the treatment is Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle). For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description, estimated claim amount, interest rate, and estimated monthly payment.
§ 4.7 – Class 5: Lien Avoidance List any secured claims where the intent is to avoid the lien. For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description.
§ 4.8 – Class 6: Surrender of Collateral List all claims where the intent is to surrender. For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description, claim amount, and estimated deficiency amount. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 4.9 – Class 7: No Default, Rights Not Modified List all secured claims where the debtor was not in default on the petition date and the treatment is to pay outside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description, contractual monthly payment, and maturity date.
§ 5.3 – Class 8: Domestic Support Obligations List all domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, type of priority, and estimated claim amount. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 5.4 – Class 8: Other Priority Claims List all other priority claims such as taxes. For each claim, enter the creditor name, type of priority, and estimated claim amount. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 6.1 – Class 9: Special Nonpriority Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims where special treatment is saved to the claim. For each claim, enter the creditor name, reason for special treatment, interest rate, and estimated claim amount. If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
§ 7.1 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all lease claims where the intent is to assume. Do not list lease arrears as separate claims. For each entry, enter the creditor name, estimated pre-petition arrearage (if any), and treatment class (Class 1 if the arrearage is paid inside the plan, Class 6 if paid outside the plan). If there are no such claims, this section will indicate "None."
