When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1(B) – Limit on Secured Claim Amount This section is controlled by whether you have added any claims under § 7.
If you have added claims under § 7, the plan will reflect Yes.
If you have no claims under § 7, the plan will reflect No.
§ 1(C) – Lien Avoidance This section is controlled by whether you have added any claims under § 12.
If you have added claims under § 12, the plan will reflect Yes.
If you have no claims under § 12, the plan will reflect No.
§ 4 – Domestic Support Obligations List any domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, monthly payment amount, and arrearage balance (if any). Indicate whether the payment will be made directly by the debtor, by wage assignment, or by the trustee.
§ 5 – Priority Claims List all priority claims that are not domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, amount of the claim, and monthly payment.
§ 6 – Home Mortgage Claims List all secured mortgage claims where the intent is not to surrender or avoid. For each claim, enter the creditor name, monthly payment amount, arrearage balance (if any), and interest rate on the arrearage (if any). Indicate whether the payment will be made directly by the debtor or by the trustee (conduit).
§ 7 – Secured Claims — Cramdown List all secured claims where the treatment is Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down). For each claim, enter the creditor name, value of the collateral, interest rate, and monthly plan payment.
§ 8 – Secured Claims — 910 Vehicle List all secured claims where the treatment is Excluded from 11 U.S.C. § 506 (910 Vehicle). For each claim, enter the creditor name, value of the collateral, interest rate, and monthly plan payment.
§ 9 – Surrender of Collateral List all claims where the intent is to surrender. For each claim, enter the creditor name and description of the collateral.
§ 10 – Special Class Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims with special treatment, excluding any claims where any of the three long-term treatment options have been selected. For each claim, enter the creditor name, amount of the claim, interest rate, and monthly plan payment.
§ 11 – Student Loan and Long-Term Claims List any unsecured claims where the consideration is Student Loans and the claim does not have special treatment. For each claim, enter the creditor name. The plan will reflect that the claim is treated as a general unsecured creditor.
§ 12 – Lien Avoidance List all claims where the intent is to avoid the lien. For each claim, enter the creditor name.
§ 16 – Executory Contracts and Leases List all lease claims. Do not list lease arrearage claims separately. For each entry, enter the creditor name and indicate whether the intent is to assume or reject the lease.
