When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 1 – Limit on Secured Claim Amount This section is controlled by whether you have added any claims under § 5.C(2)(b).
If you have added claims under § 5.C(2)(b), the plan will reflect Yes.
If you have no claims under § 5.C(2)(b), the plan will reflect No.
§ 1 – Lien Avoidance This section is controlled by whether you have added any claims under § 9.
If you have added claims under § 9, the plan will reflect Yes.
If you have no claims under § 9, the plan will reflect No.
§ 5.B(1)(c) – Domestic Support Obligation Arrearages List all domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, estimated arrearage claim amount, and projected monthly arrearage payment in the plan. If there are no such claims, the plan will reflect that arrearage shall be paid in full through the plan with no claims listed.
§ 5.B(2)(a) – Priority Tax Claims List any priority claims where the type is Taxes and Other Government Units. For each claim, enter the creditor name and amount of the claim.
§ 5.B(2)(b) – All Other Priority Claims List any priority claims that are not tax claims or domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name and amount of the claim.
§ 5.C(2)(a) – Secured Claims Not Subject to Valuation List any secured claims where the secured balance is the same as the balance on Schedule D and the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name, collateral description, estimated claim amount, monthly payment, and interest rate.
§ 5.C(2)(b) – Secured Claims Subject to Valuation List any secured claims where the secured balance is less than the balance on Schedule D and the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name, collateral description, proposed secured value, monthly payment, and interest rate.
§ 5.C(3) – Long-Term Debts Secured by Principal Residence List all mortgage claims where the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay conduit. Do not list arrearage claims as separate claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, collateral description, monthly ongoing payment, gap payment, estimated arrearage amount (if any), and interest rate on the arrearage (if any).
§ 5.C(4) – Other Long-Term Secured Debts List any secured claims where the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay as long-term debt. Do not list arrearage claims as separate claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, collateral description, monthly ongoing payment, gap payment, estimated arrearage amount (if any), and interest rate on the arrearage (if any).
§ 5.D(1) – Special Nonpriority Unsecured Claims List any unsecured claims with special treatment saved to the claim. For each claim, enter the creditor name, amount of the claim, and interest rate.
§ 6 – Direct Payments by Debtor List all claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan or pay outside the plan by a co-debtor. For each claim, enter the creditor name, claim amount, estimated claim amount, monthly payment, and collateral description (if the claim is secured).
§ 7 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all lease claims where the intent is to assume and the treatment is to pay inside the plan. Do not list lease arrears as separate claims. For each entry, enter the creditor name and collateral description.
§ 8 – Surrendered Property List any claims where the intent is to surrender. For each claim, enter the creditor name, amount of the claim, and collateral description.
§ 9 – Lien Avoidance List any claims where the intent is to avoid the lien. For each claim, enter the creditor name, amount of the claim, and collateral description.
