When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.
(These instructions are specific to the New Hampshire District Plan. If you are looking for a different district, you can search the Help Center for the article related to your plan.)
§ 3 – Domestic Support Obligations List any domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name and the estimated total pre-petition arrearage claim amount.
§ 4 – Priority Claims List any priority claims that are not domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, interest rate, and estimated total pre-petition claim amount.
§ 5 – Secured Claims — Primary Residence List any secured mortgage claims attached to the debtor's residential property where the intent is not to surrender or avoid. Enter the full property address and estimated fair market value at the top of the section. For each claim, enter the creditor name and estimated total pre-petition arrearage, listed in order of lien priority (1st, 2nd, etc.).
If the mortgage is current and will continue to be paid directly by the debtor, the plan will reflect that the claim is being paid outside the plan.
If the mortgage is not current, the plan will reflect that regular post-petition payments will be made directly by the debtor and only the pre-petition arrearage will be paid through the plan.
§ 6 – Secured Claims — Other (Non-Residential) List any secured mortgage claims that are not attached to the debtor's residential property where the intent is not to surrender or avoid. For each claim, enter the creditor name, description of the collateral, and estimated total pre-petition arrearage.
§ 7 – Secured Claims to be Modified List any secured claims where the treatment is Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down). For each claim, enter the creditor name, collateral description, valuation (fair market value), and proposed treatment.
§ 8 – Surrender of Collateral List all claims where the intent is to surrender. For each claim, enter the creditor name and collateral description.
§ 9 – Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases List all leases. Do not list lease arrears as separate claims. For each entry, enter the creditor or lessor name, property description, whether the intent is to assume or reject, and the proposed cure amount and period.
§ 12 – Liquidation Analysis This section is populated from the property analysis and is organized into four parts.

Section B — Non-Exempt Tangible Assets: List any personal property in the following categories: Vehicles Owned, Secured Assets, Personal Items, Cash on Hand and Safe Deposit Box, and Business-Related items including Office Equipment, Furnishings, Supplies, Machinery, and Inventory, as well as Farm and Livestock.
