When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

§ 2(b) – Impaired Secured Claims List any secured claims where the treatment is Subject to 11 U.S.C. § 506 (Cram down). For each claim, enter the creditor name, allowed secured claim amount (the lesser of the total debt or the value of the collateral), and interest rate.
§ 2(c) – Unimpaired Secured Claims — Paid Outside the Plan List any secured claims where the treatment is to pay outside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name and a description of the collateral.
§ 2(c) – Unimpaired Secured Claims — Arrearages List any secured arrearage claims for real or personal property. Do not list lease arrearage claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name and the arrearage balance.
§ 2(d) – Domestic Support Obligations List any domestic support obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, complete address, and claim amount.
§ 3 – Assumption of Contracts or Leases List any lease claims where the intent is to assume. For each entry, enter the creditor name, description of the leased property or executory contract, current installment payment, monthly arrearage amount (if any), treatment of the arrearage, and estimated total payments by the trustee. Also indicate whether the current installment payments will be disbursed by the trustee or directly by the debtor.
§ 4 – Surrender of Property List any claims where the intent is to surrender. For each claim, enter the creditor name and a description of the collateral.
