When you generate your Chapter 13 plan, certain sections are automatically populated with data pulled directly from your case. This article explains exactly how each part of your plan is filled in, so you know how your case information needs to be entered for it to appear in the correct section of your plan.

Part 2.A – Length of Plan This section is controlled by the debtor's income relative to the state median.
If the debtor's income is below the median income, the plan will reflect a 36-month commitment period.
If the debtor's income is above the median income, the plan will reflect a 60-month commitment period.
Part 3 – Secured Claims Paid Through the Plan List all secured claims where the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay through the plan or conduit, including mortgage arrearage claims as separate claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, description of the claim (such as pre-petition arrears, purchase money, etc.), and the amount of the claim.
Part 3 – Secured Claims Paid Outside the Plan List all secured claims where the intent is not to surrender and the treatment is to pay outside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name and description of the claim.
Part 4 – Domestic Support Obligation Priority Claims List all priority claims with the claim type Domestic Support Obligation where the treatment is to pay inside the plan. For each claim, enter the creditor name, description of the claim, and the amount.
Part 4 – All Other Priority Claims List all priority claims that are not Domestic Support Obligation claims. For each claim, enter the creditor name, description of the claim, and the amount.
Part 5 – General Unsecured Claims Enter the total balance owed to all unsecured creditors before applying the unsecured percentage, excluding any unsecured claims generated from a secured cramdown and any unsecured claims where the intent is to avoid the lien.
Part 5 – Cramdown and Avoided Lien Unsecured Claims List any unsecured claims generated from a secured claim where the balance is higher than the value, and any unsecured claims where the intent is to avoid the lien. For each claim, enter the creditor name, description of the claim, and the total balance before applying the unsecured percentage.
For unsecured claims generated from a cramdown, the description should read "Cramdown of (Asset)."
For unsecured claims where the intent is to avoid the lien, the description should read "Avoided lien."
Part 5 – Separately Classified Unsecured Claims List all unsecured claims with a special treatment saved to the claim. For each claim, enter the creditor name, the consideration saved to the claim, and the total balance before applying the unsecured percentage.
Part 6 – Assumed Leases List the other party name for all leases where the intent is to assume. Do not include lease arrears claims. If there is more than one, list each name on a new line.
Part 6 – Rejected Leases List the other party name for all leases where the intent is to reject. Do not include lease arrears claims. If there is more than one, list each name on a new line.
Part 6 – Lease Arrears Enter the total balance for all lease arrears claims.
Exhibit 2.A – Real Property Liquidation Analysis List all real estate properties regardless of the intent or treatment. For each property, enter the address, fair market value, and total amount of recorded liens from Schedule D.
Exhibit 2.B – Motor Vehicle Liquidation Analysis List all vehicles owned regardless of the intent or treatment. For each vehicle, enter the year, make, and model, the market value, the total balance of all liens attached to the vehicle, and the total exemptions saved to the vehicle.
Exhibit 2.C – All Other Assets Liquidation Analysis List all assets in the Exempt Property Analysis section except for any vehicles or real estate. List each asset on a new line.
